Bridging the Leadership Gap

"The profession of behavior analysis has rapidly expanded in recent years, creating incredible opportunities for BCBAs to quickly assume leadership roles in organizations. The catch is that most of the BCBAs who get leadership opportunities have not received training in the skills necessary to take on those types of responsibilities. This post-master’s in clinical leadership in behavior analysis was designed to address that issue by helping BCBAs develop the skills they will need to thrive in essential leadership positions in clinical organizations." - Dr. Cody Morris, associate professor and program director
