What's My Why?
I am passionate about helping Board Certified Behavior Analysts to be efficient and effective in supporting behavior technicians delivering service to patients. There are a number of organizational practices that can be modified to support this initiative. At the end of the day, employees should feel supported and appreciated in their roles and patients should receive the best evidence-based practice available.
Professional Experience
I am an accreditation reviewer with the Autism Commission on Quality. I currently, or in the past, have taught supervision and management and organizational behavior management courses at Pepperdine University and the University of Kansas, across the master's and doctoral levels. I also serve on the editorial boards for Behavior Analysis in Practice, Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Journal of Organizational Behavior Management.
