What's My Why?
I enjoy continuously learning and watching others learn about how to effectively utilize behavior analysis in all aspects of life. I hope to provide insights on how to best understand the intricacies of medical necessity and ensuring services are delivered with high integrity and quality. Behavior analysts are given the privilege of impacting so many individuals, and so understanding the best way to deliver these evidence based practices is crucial.
Professional Experience
My primary employment is a BCBA-D clinical peer reviewer, where I review treatment plans for medical necessity across states, in addition to serving as a witness in appeal hearings for these determinations. I have worked directly as a BCBA across research and clinical sites, as well as a clinical director before entering my current role. I have also reviewed research submissions for the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders and served as an institutional review board member at Salve.
