What's My Why?
I have spent the majority of my career researching and creating effective work environments in human service settings. Human services in general, and ABA specifically, are a difficult career choice due to injuries, long hours, physical requirements and a number of other variables unique to our field. I am dedicated to preparing students, behavior analysts and direct care staff members to successfully navigate careers in ABA.
Professional Experience
I have spent over 20 years working in all aspects of ABA. Currently, I serve as the chief program officer at the Faison Center, where I direct all clinical and educational services. I have taught classes to hundreds of students and taught over a thousand staff members crisis management procedures. My research focusses on injury reduction, refinement of OBM procedures and ethical implications of ABA practice.
