Digital signage is displayed on multiple screens across campus, including Gerety Hall, Miley Hall and the O'Hare Academic Building. Students, faculty and staff can submit a completed digital file for display. If you need help creating your signage, please submit a design request.

  • File dimensions: 11.5 inches (width) by 8 inches (height)
  • Accepted file formats: PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF or JPG
  • Display duration: 8 seconds

Digital signage must comply with the University's brand guidelines and be appropriate for display in public campus spaces. Content should be relevant to students, faculty and/or staff. Because each slide displays for only 8 seconds, your content should be short enough to read comfortably within that timeframe.
