Degree Options

Master of Science in criminal justice and cybersecurity

Offered in a fully online format, our criminal justice and cybersecurity program delivers courses in seven-week modules, allowing you to progress rapidly through your master's degree. This modality accommodates the time demands of professionals assigned varying shifts as well as those working or deployed throughout the U.S. and in other countries. Coursework is primarily asynchronous, with some limited live sessions.

Concentration: Cyberthreat management and response

This concentration equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to combat the threats posed by nation state sponsored and other criminal cyberattacks. Designed for cybersecurity and law enforcement professionals working in the private sector and at local, regional, state, and international levels, the program prepares you for the challenges of cybersecurity at home and abroad.

Concentration: Intelligence

This concentration focuses on current conceptual and practical aspects of intelligence work, including domestic and international terrorism. It is designed to prepare you for the specialized investigative and analytical demands of the intelligence profession. The program trains you to gather, analyze and document information in ways that reduce the impact of biases and improve the usefulness of the information to intelligence consumers and decision-makers.

Concentration: Leadership

Professionals in the justice field are tasked with reducing and managing crime with limited resources, protecting the public, improving community perceptions, and organizing agencies and departments in a collaborative environment. This concentration equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today's challenging multicultural, technological and collaborative environment. You will learn to establish and maintain high standards of integrity and ethical values, and lead in a way that reflects those values and strengthens organizations.
