What's My Why?

I enjoy working in higher education because it allows me to play a meaningful role in supporting student success. Helping students navigate their academic journey, overcome challenges, and reach their goals is incredibly fulfilling. Every day brings the opportunity to empower individuals, foster growth, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment where students can thrive both personally and professionally.

Professional Experience

In addition to my role here at Salve Regina University, I proudly serve on the Board of Adjudicators for the Providence Performing Arts Center. This position gives me the incredible opportunity to travel across the state, attending high school theater productions, where I evaluate performances and nominate outstanding students and shows for recognition. Being part of the Ocean State Star Awards team is both a privilege and a passion—it keeps my lifelong love of theater alive while allowing me to give back to the arts community that shaped me. As someone who benefited from an arts scholarship that helped pave the way to my college education, this work holds deep personal meaning. It’s an honor to support and celebrate young performers, encouraging their talents and recognizing the hard work that goes into every production. Through this role, I remain connected to the transformative power of the performing arts.
