What's My Why?
For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of teaching at Salve Regina University - a place where innovation, community and mission-driven learning come together. I bring energy, professional business experience and a deep commitment to real-world, skills-based education into every class. My teaching emphasizes the integration of practical experience with academic insight, equipping students to thrive in today’s fast-changing business environment. At Salve, small class sizes foster strong connections and meaningful mentorship. We don’t just prepare students for careers - we empower them to lead with integrity, think creatively and drive meaningful change in both their industries and communities.
Professional Experience
Over the past 25+ years, I’ve founded and managed multiple entrepreneurial ventures in digital marketing, e-commerce, website development and personal branding. My work has supported more than 5,000 small business owners and professionals worldwide, with clients across the U.S., Europe, Asia and beyond. I’ve overseen product development, marketing strategy and team leadership, managing both full-time staff and independent contractors. The associated challenges - navigating uncertainty, scaling operations and staying agile in a competitive market - form the foundation of my teaching. I bring practical insight and real-world experience into the classroom, helping students develop the skills, mindset and adaptability needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape.
