Pathways Decision Form

The Salve Regina Pathways Program and its opportunities are made available due to generous grant donors who believe in the importance of experiential learning as part of your Pathways experience. The program requires us to make reservations and arrangements well in advance of your participation. We understand circumstances arise, but it is important that you are committed to following through for the three years of the program as your participation impacts the future grant funding for the program.

Please note that once you confirm your acceptance, your participation will be expected.
