Student Clubs and Organizations

Among the more than 70 student-led clubs and organizations at Salve Regina, about a third are focused on education, service and support for diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. These groups provide vital outlets for students to cultivate community, support each other and have fun, all while welcoming a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.

Along with clubs and organizations, Salve Regina offers a range of offices and spaces that cater to the University’s diverse student body. If a student is looking for support in a certain area, they can find a warm and welcoming atmosphere when they need it most.

Academic Center for Excellence

The Academic Center for Excellence supports the development of undergraduate students through peer-to-peer consultations, mentorship, resources, workshops and community-oriented programs.

Center for Community Engagement and Service

The Center for Community Engagement and Service empowers students to grow as inspired leaders and engaged citizens seeking to build a more harmonious, just and merciful world.

Center for Global Education and Fellowships

The Center for Global Education and Fellowships offers inclusive, accessible programs and services that promote intercultural understanding, develop knowledge of global issues and perspectives, and provide the settings and experiences through which students build and utilize cross-cultural skills.

Center for Spiritual Life

The Center for Spiritual Life seeks to create a hospitable and nurturing environment that encourages students to build community, deepen their faith, engage in service, seek justice and become leaders formed by mercy.

LGBTQ+ Center

The LGBTQ+ Center serves all LGBTQIA2S+ members of the University community and their allies. The center provides an empowering space where LGBTQIA2S+ people and their allies can be themselves and explore their identities.

Multicultural Programs and Retention

The Office of Multicultural Programs and Retention facilitates the engagement of differences in a comprehensive manner that allows students, faculty and staff to learn from one another and to recognize the diversity of perspectives, experiences and cultures that exist within the University community, the surrounding community and the nation.

Student Accessibility Services

Student Accessibility Services strives to create an inclusive and accessible community for students with disabilities. In recognizing and valuing disability as diversity, the office aims to empower and ensure that qualified students with disabilities have equitable access to all university programming, as well as enhance institutional support and understanding of disabled students.
