Conflict of Interest Policy: The conflict of interest policy is intended to guide the decision-making process for all persons employed by the University, regardless of position.

Current Audited Financial Statements: Updated annually, the audited financial statements include consolidated statements of financial position, consolidated statements of activities and cash flows, and related notes to the consolidated financial statements.

Deposit Slip: The deposit slip must accompany any deposit amount submitted to the Business Office to ensure timely and accurate budget postings and allocations.

Document Retention Policy: The document retention policy is established to ensure that the records of Salve Regina are retained as required by law and/or for a period of time deemed to be sufficient given the content and purpose of the record.

International Tuition Payments: Salve Regina has partnered with Convera GlobalPay and Flywire to offer convenient options for international students to pay tuition and other fees from their home country and in their home currency.

IRS Form 990: Form 990 is the IRS’s primary tool for gathering information about Salve Regina. The University also uses Form 990 to share information with the public about its programs.

IRS Tax-Exempt Status: Tax-exempt status releases Salve Regina from paying federal corporate income tax on income generated from activities that are substantially related to the purposes for which the University was organized.

Personal Property Insurance: Salve Regina offers supplemental personal property insurance through National Student Services. The plan offers varying amounts of coverage and deductibles for an annual premium.

Salve Card Deposit Request Form Online | PDF: The Salve Card can be utilized for on-campus purchases may also be used at select off-campus locations. Deposits can be made online with Mastercard or Visa, in person at the Business Office with cash or check, or by mail with a check.

Whistleblower Policy: The whistleblower policy is intended to address issues related to the reporting and investigation of suspected violations of law, external regulations or University policy of a financial nature, or misuse of University resources.
