  • The Office of Alumni and Family Engagement reserves the right to consider a candidate for awards other than the one submitted on the nomination form within the five-year cycle.
  • The selection process is confidential among the selection committee members and candidates are not notified of their nomination.
  • The Office of Alumni and Family Engagement reserves the right to contact the nominator for more information if the application is not complete.
  • Recipients must be able to come to campus to participate in the awards ceremony.
  • Awards are given to living alumni and not presented posthumously.
