The Academic Center for Excellence provides support programs and services that empower students to achieve academic success. We provide free peer-to-peer tutoring, writing consultations, academic coaching, workshops, community-oriented programs and other resources to help students gain confidence and design their personalized approach to learning.

The Center for Advising, Career and Life Design empowers students to navigate a lifetime of successful transitions. A key partner to the Salve Compass program, we work with students to design a meaningful college experience and foster academic, personal and professional development.

McKillop Library

McKillop Library is an essential part of Salve’s educational mission, evolving to support the diverse and changing needs of its learning community. As advocates for information literacy and lifelong learning, librarians collaborate with faculty to embed research skills into the curriculum. The library offers access to global resources, maintains high-quality collections and provides expert research support in a welcoming and service-oriented environment.

Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is Salve's center for registration and academic records. They also verify student enrollment, record transfer credit, provide transcripts for current and former students, evaluate degree requirements for graduation candidates and help veterans obtain V.A. benefits.

Research Integrity

The Office of Research Integrity is dedicated to supporting scientifically valid and ethically sound research projects involving human participants and non-human animals. The office encompasses Salve's Institutional Review Board and Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.

Student Accessibility Services

Salve is committed to providing students with disabilities equal and integrated access to its educational, residential, social and recreational programs. Student Accessibility Services (SAS) ensures that students with disabilities receive appropriate accommodations and assistance in order to participate fully in University programs.

Writing Center

At the Writing Center, you can get feedback on your writing - no matter your major, class or skill level. Trained peer writing consultants assist with every stage of the writing process, from brainstorming to final revisions. The center is committed to fostering student growth, independence and confidence by providing focused, personalized feedback tailored to each writer and assignment.
