What's My Why?

Education of nurses is critical because it directly impacts the quality of care patients receive. Well-educated nurses are more equipped to handle complex medical situations, understand patient needs and provide safe and effective care. They play a vital role in health care teams and contribute significantly to improved patient outcomes. My philosophy of teaching nurses centers around the idea that education should be student-centered, interactive and facilitate evidenced-based nursing practice. It is important to create a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem solving and fosters a passion for lifelong learning.
