Current F-1 Students - Express Mailing Service

Express Mailing Service

Current F-1 Students

FedEx and DHL express mailing for immigration and other documents is available to students abroad and in the United States.

These documents include, but are not limited to:

  • Replacement form I-20s issued by the Center for Global Education and Fellowships
  • Employment authorization documents (or OPT cards)
  • Letters of support

Documents can be picked up at Drexel Hall or mailed domestically (not express) free of charge if they are requested well in advance of travel outside the United States. You should submit requests well in advance of travel to avoid international shipping charges when possible.

You must use study.eshipglobal.com rather than the FedEx or DHL website directly. All communication will go through eShipGlobal, who will notify our office that you are requesting your documents to be sent by express mail.

Requesting your immigration documents through express mail is at your expense. The FedEx and DHL express mailing must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover only). Only new/initial I-20s will be shipped to you at Salve Regina's expense.

To request express mailing of your documents, visit study.eshipglobal.com. The website works best with Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

You will be required to create your own username and password. To request shipment, you will need your Salve Regina ID, email address, phone number and credit card information.

If you experience difficulty in registering and processing the shipment, use the "Help" link in the eShipGlobal website for step-by-step instructions. If you have questions about how to use this service, email support@eshipglobal.com.

You should pay close attention to the information you submit, as incomplete or incorrect information will result in a mailing delay. For alternate methods of payment, look for instructions on the website.
