Conferences, Events and Weddings

The Office of Conferences and Events provides resources for members of the Salve Regina community and the general public who are planning events and weddings on our oceanside campus in Newport, Rhode Island. Inquire about our event spaces which include Our Lady of Mercy Chapel, a dignified venue for Catholic ceremonies, and the 19th-century mansion Ochre Court, which offers a stunning backdrop for wedding receptions as well as other events, such as fundraisers hosted by nonprofit organizations.

With the exception of academic classes, athletic events and student activities, all Salve Regina events are scheduled through the Office of Conferences and Events. Conference and event space is available for groups legally connected with the University, groups that can demonstrate an affiliation or relationship with a Salve Regina office or department, and nonprofit organizations. Space on campus is not intended for individual use.
