Professional Experience:

I am the director of the Providence Emergency Management Agency, responsible for coordinating and leading all activities necessary to build, sustain and improve the all-hazards emergency management program in Rhode Island's capital city. I am a graduate of the National Emergency Management Advanced Academy (Cohort 2020-2), Executive Academy (Cohort X) and Vanguard Executive Crisis Leadership Program (Cohort 4). I also serve as an information management section chief with the Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response incident management team. In my spare time, I volunteer as a firefighter and paramedic in Rhode Island.
