Student Engagement

The Student Government Association (SGA) works in conjunction with the Office of Student Engagement to design and implement programs, activities and events that help to meet the social, intellectual and spiritual needs of Salve Regina's student community.

Our Purpose

We are a group of undergraduate students who officially represent the student body. Our purpose is to serve and advocate for all students whom we represent. Working in conjunction with Salve Regina administrators, we strive to enforce change and progress on campus to meet the needs of the students we represent.

Our Mission

We strive to serve the Salve Regina community, especially its students. Acting as a liaison between the students and the University as a whole, we strive to improve the student experience in all capacities. As a functioning and governing body at Salve Regina, we work parallel with the University's mission in effort to establish a world that is harmonious, just and merciful.
