Mail Services

Mail Services offers a variety of mail and shipping services. You can purchase stamps and postage, ship with UPS and FedEx, and drop off prepaid returns for USPS, UPS and FedEx pickup.

  • 8 a.m. to noon and 1-4 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Closed weekends and holidays

Please note: A shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation does not mean that your package is ready. You’ll receive an email from Mail Services once your mail or package is ready to be picked up. Bring your ID when picking up mail or packages.

Off-Campus and Commuter Students

Mail Services does not accept mail or packages for off-campus and commuter students. All mail and packages must be sent to your local address – not to campus.

Packages sent to Salve by off-campus/commuter students will be refused if delivered by the USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. Please double-check your shipping address to avoid issues. Amazon packages cannot be refused or returned. If an Amazon package is sent to the University, you will need to contact Amazon customer service.

Helpful Tips for Families

  • Always include a return address. If we can’t determine the recipient, this is the address we will return the item to.
  • Don’t mail cash or gift cards – send checks or money orders.
  • Don’t ship or order perishable items, as we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
  • Important documents and valuable items should be sent registered or certified.
  • Buy insurance when shipping valuables so you’re protected against loss or damage.
  • Send time-sensitive items via overnight or guaranteed delivery.
