Pathways Mentor Nomination Form

Pathways is a three-year college access program aimed at demystifying the college readiness and application process. Students meet weekly during the school year and experience a variety of activities. Annual initiatives include a college tour and an on-campus senior camp before departing for college.

Pathways mentors are, preferably, first-generation college students who play a key role in the program. They help with planning, check-in and activities twice a week. Ideal candidates are dedicated, passionate and motivated students who are seeking to make positive changes across campus and in the community.
