Academic Scholarships
All new students are considered for an academic scholarship as part of the
application review process. Scholarships are awarded at the time of acceptance
by the Scholarship Review Committee based on a review of high school
transcripts, SAT/ACT scores (if considered as part of the application review process) and class rank. Course
selection and overall grade point average are weighed heavily in the review
process.
It is not necessary to apply for financial aid to be considered for academic
scholarships at Salve Regina. Academic scholarships are renewable for four years provided that the student maintains the required cumulative grade point average. Academic scholarships are only awarded at the time of admission.
All academic scholarship recipients are eligible to apply for the Pell Honors
Program.
Regina Scholarship
Regina Scholarships are awarded to the top students in each class each year based upon
cumulative grade point average. These awards are announced each fall.
Additional criteria are available in the University undergraduate catalog.

Outside Scholarships
By
investing a small amount of time researching outside scholarship opportunities,
many of our students have received a significant amount of funding from outside
sources. Below is a short list of Web sites related to scholarships and general
