Mumford Manor

Cox Providence Rhode Races

Pawtucket Red Sox

Volunteers are needed at McCoy Stadium Thursday, May 8 for the Baseball in Education program. Volunteers will lead groups through physical and educational activities and ensure they get to their correct seats and receive their gift bags. Lucy’s Hearth

  • Weekend volunteers are needed to coordinate kids’ activities such as face painting, cookie decorating, balloon animals, etc.
  • Weekly volunteers are needed from 1-3 p.m. Wednesdays to go grocery shopping. Volunteers will meet up with shoppers, write a grocery list, and take a trip to Stop & Shop.
  • Energetic volunteers are needed to supervise and play with children from 9-10:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesdays.
  • Homework helpers are needed from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Tuesdays-Fridays.

Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is seeking volunteers for its soup kitchen at 5 p.m. Fridays and 4 p.m. Sundays. They are also seeking volunteers for their kids and teens activities from 5-7 p.m. Thursdays.
