Orientation is designed to help transfer students begin their transition to Salve Regina, expose them to the broad educational opportunities the University has to offer and integrate them and their families into campus life.
Our online Orientation program will help you connect with the Salve Regina community before you arrive on campus this fall. You'll learn more about the offices and resources available to all students and take a virtual tour of campus. You should complete all modules by Aug. 1.
Our new students typically participate in a two-day Orientation program in the June timeframe, along with a two-day Explorientation program just before the fall semester begins. Both programs are designed to help you meet people, learn about Salve Regina and its campus and prepare for a successful first year in college.
This year, your Orientation and Explorientation programs will be combined into a Week of Welcome, which will be held Sept. 3-8.
All new students, including transfer students, are required to complete their electronic health record through Salve Regina's health portal. Health records must be completed by Aug. 1. Students who do not submit a completed health record will be unable to register for spring 2021 courses until the record is received.
