Salve Regina alumni have complimentary lifetime access to career resources through our Handshake portal.

In Handshake, you can make an appointment with a career coach and access entry-level job opportunities, on- and off-campus recruiting events across several industries, a resource library with how-two guides and more.

Get Involved

We are happy to partner with alumni who want to share their professional experience and advice with current students. If you are interested in giving back to your alma mater, you can do so in a variety of ways.

Sophomore Studio

This one-credit conference-style course gives students a foundation in a variety of career development topics. Students have an opportunity to develop and hone their skills in resume and cover letter development; job, internship and graduate school searches; interviewing; networking; LinkedIn optimization; and more. Through group activities and discussion, as well as real-time practice and application, students interact with Center for Advising, Career and Life Design staff, campus partners, peers, employers and alumni.

• Alumni can participate in breakout sessions designed around career readiness and skill development.
• Alumni can participate in one-on-one or small group networking/feedback sessions with students.

Junior Studio: Experiential Learning

We are building our Junior Studio experience and alumni are invited to share any internships or experiential learning opportunities for students. To ensure equitable access, alumni are asked to share opportunities through our career portal, Handshake.
