March 24 - To all students from the Salve Regina bookstore

The Salve Regina bookstore has implemented several new initiatives to assist with your move to remote learning, including:

Free digital access: The bookstore is partnering with Red Shelf to provide free digital access to eBooks. Click here for more information. The link to this offer is also available on the bookstore website. You must use your salve.edu email address to gain access.

Rental returns: The rental return grace period has been extended by 15 days. Rentals are still due by the last day of finals. The grace period is being extended to allow more time for in-transit rental check-ins to be processed before non-return collateral charges are processed. Free return shipping labels are available to all U.S. patrons until midnight of the due date. A link to print a return label will be included in the reminder emails sent just before and during finals.

Textbook buyback: Current bookstore hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. If the bookstore is closed to the public at the end of the semester, you will be able to sell eligible textbooks through the bookstore website.

Bookstore website: The bookstore website is being monitored daily for online orders. All orders will receive free ground shipping.

Please note that this information is subject to change as the University receives additional guidelines from the Rhode Island Department of Health. The bookstore will keep you apprised of any updates. If you have any questions, please contact the bookstore at (401) 847-9086 or 0537mgr@follett.com.
