July 24 - To impacted students and families: Quarantine plan and survey

Dear Salve Regina students and families,

You are receiving this message because you live in a state that currently requires a quarantine upon entry into Rhode Island. Please review the following information carefully.

Per an executive order issued by Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo on June 29, a travel advisory is in place for states with significant rates of coronavirus transmission (positive test rates over 5 percent). Anyone coming to Rhode Island from one of the restricted locations is required to observe a 14-day quarantine upon arrival.

The list of impacted states is updated frequently. We will make every effort to update you as states move on or off the list; however, it would be wise for you to review the list regularly as well.

Our quarantine plan allows you to complete your quarantine in time to participate in your first scheduled campus activity in person (international student Orientation, Week of Welcome or first day of classes). There is no charge for quarantine housing or the quarantine food plan.

Please carefully review our quarantine information sheet. Next, please complete the brief quarantine planning survey by 5 p.m. Monday, July 27 so we can prepare to support your quarantine.
