There are two steps to the application process:
1. Apply through your home institution and be nominated to participate in the exchange.
2. Apply to Salve Regina through the ViaTRM page.
As part of the application and acceptance process the following documents will be required:
- Proof of English language ability
- Official transcript
- One passport-size photo
- University health form
- Course selection form
Applications to Salve Regina are due April 1 for the fall semester or full academic year and Nov. 1 for the spring semester. Your home institution may have different application deadlines, so please consult with them about these dates. Applications will not be finalized until Salve Regina receives an email from your home institution's exchange coordinator nominating you for the exchange. Once you have been accepted to Salve Regina University, you will start the immigration process by completing the exchange student financial certification form.
