User Support Services provides technology and support for computer classrooms and labs located in the Antone Academic Center, McKillop Library, O'Hare Academic Building and the Center for Adult Education in Warwick.
We provide access and support for both PC and Mac computers, printing, scanning, multimedia services, media services (AV), classroom technology, and the Salve ID card office located in the McKillop Library, Room 002. Members of the Salve Regina community who wish to utilize classroom technology should contact User Support Services for assistance with the equipment after scheduling the room through the Office of the Registrar.
For immediate assistance in any lab or technology classroom, call the Help Desk at (401) 341-7777 and choose option 1.
Computer Lab Hours
- 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday
- 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday
- Noon to 10 p.m. Sunday
Extended hours are offered during the last week of classes and final exam period.
Antone Academic Center
The Antone Academic Center features two Mac labs (Rooms 122 and 124) and a Mac digital photo lab (Room 110). Macs in the labs are equipped with OS X 10.14, Microsoft Office 2019, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, course specific software, email access and printing in black and white or color.
The McKillop Library features two PC labs (Rooms 005 and 006) and a testing center (Room 004). PCs in the labs are equipped with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2019, course specific software, email access and printing in black and white or color.
O'Hare Academic Building
The O’Hare Academic Building features a digital forensics lab - access is restricted to faculty and students participating in the related academic programs.
Center for Adult Education
The Center for Adult Education in Warwick features a PC computer lab with Internet access and printing, technology in nine classrooms, and a new digital forensics lab in 2019 - access is restricted in this lab to faculty and students participating in the related academic programs.
