While the United States is, by some measures, the richest country in the world and its military the most well-funded, in several key ways the United States is beginning to show the characteristics of a developing country. Join Dr. Jim Ludes, executive director of the Pell Center for International Relations and Public Policy, for a discussion of this topic.

Roundtable discussions are open to Salve Regina students, faculty and staff. The Pell Center provides a free lunch. As space is limited, those interested in attending are asked to RSVP to pellcenter@salve.edu.
