Join Emily Swift, director and owner of Newport Community Yoga, for this new lunchtime class designed to help you shape, tone and open your entire body. The class begins with yoga poses, linking movement with breath to warm up the body. In the Pilates portion, low-impact, dynamic movements aid in elevating the heart rate and energizing the body while small, isometric movements safely challenge the muscles. Cool down with yoga stretches and a three-minute sivasana to help you fully unwind and reset.
