Energy always seems to be in short supply in our society. Whether it’s from high levels of stress, poor nutrition, lack of sleep or insufficient physical activity, our energy levels seem to be getting zapped more and more. In response, it seems like everyone is marketing “energy booster” drinks, foods and supplements.

In this "Lunch and Learn" workshop, participants will learn how to increase energy levels naturally without spending a dime on these products. Learn about the foods, physical activities and relaxation techniques that can help boost your energy for years to come.
