In her first solo exhibition at Salve Regina, Jodie Mim Goodnough presents an autobiographical collection of photographic and sculptural works that reflect on the death of her father and the impact of overwhelming loss. A Providence-based artist and assistant professor at Salve Regina, Goodnough's work investigates topics in psychology and psychiatry, and includes photography, sculpture, performance, video and sound.
Located in the Antone Academic Center, the gallery is handicap accessible with parking along Lawrence and Leroy avenues. Its exhibits are open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. The gallery is closed on Mondays.
