Too much stress can affect your physical and mental well-being. This "Lunch and Learn" workshop will focus on making the stress in your life work for you rather than against you. Participants will also learn how to deal with the stress associated with traumatic events.

Program objectives:

  • Differentiate between positive and negative stress
  • Identify the psychological, physical and behaviorial signs of stress
  • Develop specific techniques to manage personal stress

Lunch will be provided. This workshop qualifies for the 2018 Wellness Rewards program.
