Join Jesse Harding, adjunct professor in the Department of Religious and Theological Studies, for an outdoor meditation focusing on easy to follow mindfulness-based stress reduction practices. Taoist yoga, tai chi and qi-gong exercises will be themed in appreciation and celebration of the Earth. These gentle and relaxing forms of meditation are a time-honored path to health, fitness and an enlightened sense of physical, mental and spiritual well being.
