We hope this email finds you and your families safe and well. We are looking forward to your arrival on campus. Please review all the information below regarding your move-in process.
The arrival date and time that you have scheduled can be found on your MyHousing Portal.
When families arrive on campus, they should proceed directly to the parking area adjacent to their residence hall. Upon parking you will be led by student leaders over to Rodgers Recreation Center to receive your student ID as well as COVID-19 testing. After you have received your ID and completed your COVID-19 test you will head back to your residence hall and check in with the Residence Life staff at your building. Families will not be able to proceed with check in until students have returned with their ID and have completed COVID-19 testing.
Parents and families assisting with move-in:
Two family members will be allowed to accompany each student during the move-in process. Students and families will be required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing procedures during move-in.
Mail Services will be available for students to pick up mail and packages outside of McKillop Library at the receiving doors. The inside sales/pickup window will not be open for at least the month of September. Stamps and postage will not be available at this time.
Hours for package pick up: Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to noon and 1:30-4 p.m. Students arriving early for quarantine, etc. will be able to pick up their packages any time during our regular hours.

The bookstore will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1 and Wednesday, Sept. 2. We would also like to remind you that masks are required and there are limitations on the number of patrons allowed in the store at one time. In addition, all freshmen who placed online textbook orders prior to coming to campus will be scheduled to pick up their order during orientation. Orders can be placed by going to salveshop.com.
Dining Services info:
Starbucks/Miley Mart will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1 and Wednesday, Sept. 2 for cash and credit card purchases. Miley dining hall will be open for meals from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1 and Wednesday, Sept. 2.
