Health Services

Salve Regina's Health Services seeks to encourage good health practices, provide programs for disease prevention, and clinical care for all members of the Salve Regina community.

Hours of Operation

In an effort to better serve the university community and to reduce waiting times, we have changed our hours of operation.

  • Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by appointment only.
  • Walk-ins for emergencies will be accommodated as much as possible.

Health Services works in conjunction with Newport Hospital to assist students during non-office hours. In an emergency or life-threatening situation, students should go to the Newport Hospital emergency department, call 911 or phone the university emergency line at (401) 341-5555.

Students may also leave a message for someone to contact them during normal office hours. The clinic is closed during the summer and during holiday breaks.

Location

Health Services is located on the garden level of Miley Hall.
