All transcript requests must be submitted using the official transcript request form. Due to privacy issues, the office is unable to accept requests via email. Transcript requests must be personally signed by the student.
Official transcripts cost $5 per copy and are processed in five to six working days. For 48-hour service via the U.S. Postal Service or fax, the cost is $10. If special handling is necessary, contact the Office of the Registrar at (401) 341-2943.
Transcript request forms may be sent to the registrar via:
- U.S. Postal Service: Include a check for payment or make your credit card payment online and mail to the Office of the Registrar, Salve Regina University, 100 Ochre Point Ave., Newport, RI 02840.
- Fax: Make your credit card payment online and fax to (401) 341-2996.
- In person: Submit the form to the Office of the Registrar in McAuley Hall, Room 205 and pay with cash or check.
