New to the Career Development team at Salve Regina, Michael Wisnewski spent the past 10 years working in career services at Bates College; prior to that he spent five years with the Kaplan Educational Center in student services. After finishing his bachelor's degree, Wisnewski worked on a statewide smoking cessation research project through the UCSD Cancer Center in California. He earned a master's degree from Bridgewater State College and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego. Wisnewski will be working with students in all classes, and he particularly enjoys connecting with undeclared students and those majoring in the liberal arts disciplines.

Julie Ward draws upon more than 25 years of experience in the business world as a sales planning manager, senior business manager, product manager, forecast analyst and contract administrator with such well known companies as Samsonite, Tuition Management Systems, the Holson Burnes Group and Aquidneck Management Associates. Her expertise in relational databases helps keep the Salve Regina Gateway system functioning to the highest level possible. In addition, Ward also acts as internship coordinator and compiles the data from the senior exit profile and the six-month out alumni surveys. Ward is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Science degree in management and has taken graduate-level courses in accounting at Salve Regina.

Veronica Mansour provides individual career counseling and classroom presentations related to a wide variety of career development topics. She assists students in choosing majors, exploring career options and enhancing job search skills through resume writing and interview skills. She also serves as the Rhode Island Consortium for Educators (RICE) liaison. Mansour holds a master's degree in agency counseling from Rhode Island College and received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Rhode Island.

Darlene Fletcher oversees the university's student employment program, coordinates job listings for on- and off-campus employment opportunities, and keeps the office running smoothly. She acts as a liaison between nonprofit agencies to ensure off-campus sites meet federal guidelines and maintains membership in the Northeast Association of Student Employment Administrators (NEASEA). Fletcher also organizes the university's Student Employment Week and plans the supervisor reception and work-study appreciation activities. She has been with Salve Regina since 1995.
