Salve Regina’s Accounting and Finance Club hosts free personal finance night for public

Salve Regina’s Accounting and Finance Club is hosting a Personal Finance Night for members of the university community and the general public on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at 6 p.m. in Bazarsky Lecture Hall, located in O’Hare Academic Center on Ochre Point Avenue. Members of the community are welcome to attend the free event; no reservations are required.

A panel of speakers from Corrigan Financial, BankNewport, the university’s business office and VIBCO in Wyoming will participate. Among the topics panelists will address will be balancing between savings and checking accounts, opening 401ks, and putting together basic portfolios.
