Students are required to complete at least 10 hours of community service prior to
graduation, allowing them to share their talents with those in need and learn
more about themselves and the community they call home.
Tracking Service Hours
Students should record their hours using the Community Service Verification Form, which is available in My Salve through either the "Community Service" or "Document Library" link.
Students requiring transportation to a community service event can also access this information through My Salve. Students who need to cancel transportation should email firstname.lastname@example.org and call the Office of Safety and Security at (401) 341-2325 at least 24 in hours in advance, or they will forfeit their transportation privileges for the semester.
