User Support Services

User Support Services provides technology and support for computer classrooms and labs located in the Antone Academic Center, McKillop Library, O'Hare Academic Center and the Center for Adult Education in Warwick.

We provide access and support for both PC and Mac computers, printing, scanning, multimedia services, media services and classroom technology. Members of the Salve Regina community who wish to utilize classroom technology should contact User Support Services for assistance with the equipment after scheduling the room through the Office of the Registrar.

For immediate assistance in any lab or technology classroom, call the Help Desk at (401) 341-7777 and choose option 1.

Computer Lab Hours

  • 8 a.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday
  • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday
  • 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday
  • Noon to midnight Sunday

Lab Locations

Antone Academic Center

The Antone Academic Center features two Mac labs (Rooms 122 and 124) and a Mac digital photo lab (Room 110). Macs in the labs are equipped with OS X 10.8, Microsoft Office 2011, Safari, Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium, My Data storage access, e-mail access and printing in black and white or color.

McKillop Library

The McKillop Library features three PC labs (Rooms 005, 006 and 007) and a computer testing lab (Room 004). PCs in the labs are equipped with Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 or 2013, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, My Data storage access, e-mail access and printing in black and white or color.

Center for Adult Education

The Center for Adult Education in Warwick features a PC computer lab with Internet access and printing, technology in nine classrooms and a PC laptop open area.
