Pallotto Named TCCC Runner of the Week
NEWPORT, R.I. - Salve Regina University women's cross country freshman Paige Pallotto (Woodbridge, Conn.) has been named The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Runner of the Week.
Pallotto sizzled in her collegiate debut, winning the Roger Williams Invitational with a 5K time of 19:50.36. She outpaced the next closest runner in the 99-runner field by 24 seconds.
The Seahawks return to action on Saturday when they compete at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational. The meet begins at 10:30 am.
