Oliveira oversees Salve Regina's offices of admissions, financial aid and career development, works on retention and marketing initiatives and actively recruits and counsels prospective students.
"Over the years I have seen the impact that Salve Regina can have and I love promoting that fact," Oliveira says, adding that teenagers are honest, filled with potential, funny and never boring. "I love helping to alleviate the pressure that they are under during the college search process."
For more than 25 years, Oliveira has dedicated herself professionally to the field of higher education. She has written several articles which have been published in educational journals, is a frequent speaker at regional and national higher education conferences and recently completed the higher education doctoral program at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Outside of work, Oliveira spends time with her husband and her dogs Fenway and McCoy. In addition to renovating her historic 1860s home, she enjoys the Boston Red Sox, beach-related activities, skiing, antiquing, sampling take-out and Bruce Springsteen concerts.
