Salve Regina offers an accelerated program of study that leads to both a bachelor's and master's degree within five years. This program is designed for the University's highly motivated, academically talented and qualified undergraduate students with a recommended GPA of 3.30 or higher. Current undergraduates must complete the application process by Feb. 15 of their junior year.
Undergraduate students considered for the accelerated program are conditionally accepted into the master's program and may take up to four graduate courses (12 credits) during their senior year. Of those 12 credits, six are applied to the undergraduate degree.
Final acceptance into the master's program is contingent upon successful completion of the undergraduate degree and any graduate courses taken during the senior year. Students enrolled in the accelerated graduate program are encouraged to complete an internship as part of their degree requirements.
