Students pursuing a master's degree in applied behavior analysis take a minimum of 12 courses (36 credits).

- Applied Behavior Analysis: Systems, Management and Supervision
- Applied Behavior Analysis: Intensive Practicum
Students also take five elective courses chosen from the following list:
